All Linen orders have a required 50% nonrefundable deposit. Make your selections carefully.
It is recommended that customers count all items upon pickup from our yard or at time of delivery. If you notice an item is missing or damaged, Please report it to us immediately on the same day as picked up from our yard or delivered to you by calling the office at (925) 634-3331. Any breakage or shortages occuring during rental, will result in full replacement cost. Any damages to linens such as: burn holes, tears, stains, wax damage or excessive soil will result in cleaning fee or in some cases full replacement cost.
Delivery and pickup are available at an extra charge based on location. All items will be delivered and stacked in one area at time of delivery. Someone (18 years of age or older) must be available to sign for items delivered. Upon pickup all items must be re-stacked as done at time of delivery or or an extra charge will be incurred. We do not offer set-up or break-down services. Please inform us at time of reservation if there are any issues with the delivery location. Such as Stairs, hills, long distance from parking area to drop location, backyard delivery etc.. We love animals but for our safety, Please have any pets put up at time of delivery/pickup.
